The restaurant has been owned and operated by our family since 1964, and you'll always be served by the one of the family, including the second-generation teens who help by doing the daily prep work in the kitchen or waiting on customers. Our family-run restaurant has great character and offers typical Trentino as well as famous Italian specialties. The rooms of the restaurant with their rustic vaulted ceilings can host company dinners, family get-togethers and small wedding receptions. Advance booking is greatly appreciated.
The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner and on Sunday for lunch. Our renowned and diverse à la carte plus epicurean menus attract customers from near and far. The "Gourmet" menu "I Porteghi de Ciaran" consists of five typical local, seasonal food specialty courses imaginatively created and arranged by Signora Annamaria and our chefs. The menu "El Dos de Romarzol" is composed of three courses. The "El Menù del Gianni" is composed of three courses and its based on a main course free of choice. "El Menù dei Popi" is a menu of two courses, specifically designed for our smaller guests.
To accompany the exquisite meals, we have a wide range of Trentino and national wines as well as grappas, conserved in the precious air-conditioned cellar "Canevin".

Seit 1964 befindet sich das Anwesen in Besitz unserer Familie.
Unser, als Familienbetrieb geführtes Restaurant, bietet Ihnen in stilvollem Ambiente alle typischen Trentiner Spezialitäten und berühmte italienische Gerichte. In den Räumen des Restaurants mit ihren alten Gewölben bewirten wir Sie auch gerne bei Betriebsessen, Familienfesten und kleinen Hochzeitsbanketten. Es wird um Reservierung gebeten.
Das Restaurant ist abends von Dienstag bis Samstag und am Sonntagmittag geöffnet.
Wir bieten Gerichte à la carte und Menüs zur Auswahl. Das Schlemmermenü "I Porteghi de Ciaran" besteht aus fünf Gängen mit für die jeweilige Jahreszeit typischen Gerichten, die mit viel Fantasie eigens von Signora Annamaria und unseren Chefköchen kreiert werden.
Das Menü "El dos de Romarzol" besteht aus drei Gängen.
Das Schlemmermenue "El Menù del Gianni" besteht aus drei Gängen mit ein Hauptgericht nach Wahl.
Für die kleinen Gäste empfehlen wir das Zweigängemenü "Menù dei Popi".
Zu den Speisen können wir eine große Auswahl an Trentiner und italienischen Weinen und Grappas anbieten. Sie werden in dem perfekt klimatisierten Weinkeller "Canevin" gelagert.

Ambiente caratteristico a conduzione familiare sin dal 1964, offre tutte le specialità tipiche trentine e quelle di rinomata gastronomia nazionale. Le sale, sovrastate dai rustici avvolti, possono ospitare cene aziendali, ritrovi familiari con possibilità di piccoli banchetti nuziali.

Il ristorante è aperto dal martedì al sabato per la cena e la domenica per il pranzo.

Il Menù Degustazione "I Porteghi de Ciaran" consiste in un insieme di 5 portate di piatti tipici di stagione appositamente abbinati e creati con fantasia dalla signora Annamaria e dai nostri Chef.
Il Menù "El Dos de Romarzol" è un menù di tre portate.
"El Menù del Gianni" è un menù di tre portate basato su un secondo a scelta.
Il Menù dei Popi è un menù di 2 portate studiato per i nostri clienti più piccoli.
Come abbinamento ai menù proponiamo una vasta scelta di vini e grappe trentine e nazionali custodite nella preziosa cantina climatizzata.
