Il nostro complesso è composto da 2 case che distano solo 100 metri l'una dall'altra: "da Gianni" e "Villa Annamaria". Entrambe le case si trovano nel paese di Chiarano, sotto le pendici del Castello di Arco, in un edificio risalente al 1569. Chiarano dista circa 1 km dal centro di Arco (in piena zona climatica) e 5 km da Riva del Garda e Torbole, località turistiche molto famose sul Lago di Garda. In pochi minuti d'auto si possono raggiungere le più pittoresche località di sport estivi ed invernali del Trentino.
Ogni camera e suite sono uniche. Offrono un'incantevole vista sul centro storico e sulla campagna circostante o sul giardino ben curato.
Il cuore delle due strutture è la grande sala colazioni della casa principale da Gianni, che è collegata a due grandi terrazze. Qui gli ospiti si riuniscono per gustare la nostra ricca colazione gourmet, preparata con prodotti biologici di stagione. Dopo una giornata alla scoperta del nostro Garda Trentino, potrete rilassarvi nella nostra piscina a sfioro, situata nella seconda casa di Villa Annamaria, con una magnifica vista sulle montagne circostanti immerse nella calda luce del tramonto.
Da Gennaio 2024, da Gianni ha deciso di offrire un’esperienza di soggiorno indimenticabile ai propri Ospiti, concentrandosi sulle esigenze degli adulti e creando un luogo dedicato a persone di età superiore a 13 anni.
Il Paese di Chiarano è un’oasi di tranquillità, un piccolo borgo medievale ricco di storia e di cultura, al centro dei più bei percorsi outdoor del Garda Trentino, un’alternativa alla zona fortemente turistica della fascia lago.

Unsere Anlage besteht aus 2 Häusern, die nur 100 Meter voneinander entfernt sind: 'da Gianni' und 'Villa Annamaria'. Beide Häuser befinden sich in der Ortschaft Chiarano, unterhalb der Hänge des Schlosses Arco, in einem Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1569. Chiarano ist ca. 1 km vom Zentrum von Arco (in der Mitte der Klimazone) und 5 km von Riva del Garda und Torbole entfernt, sehr bekannte Touristenorte am Gardasee. In wenigen Autominuten erreichen Sie die malerischsten Sommer- und Wintersportorte des Trentino.
Jedes Zimmer und jede Suite ist einzigartig. Sie bieten einen bezaubernden Blick auf die Altstadt und die umliegende Landschaft oder auf den gepflegten Garten.
Das Herzstück der beiden Einrichtungen ist der große Frühstücksraum im Haupthaus von Gianni's, der mit zwei großen Terrassen verbunden ist. Hier versammeln sich die Gäste, um unser reichhaltiges Gourmet-Frühstück zu genießen, das mit saisonalen Bio-Produkten zubereitet wird. Nach einem Tag, an dem Sie die Region Garda Trentino erkundet haben, können Sie sich in unserem Infinity-Pool entspannen, der sich im zweiten Haus der Villa Annamaria befindet und einen herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge bietet, die in das warme Licht des Sonnenuntergangs getaucht sind.

Our complex consists of 2 houses that are only 100 meters apart: "da Gianni" and "Villa Annamaria." Both houses are located in the village of Chiarano, under the slopes of Arco Castle, in a building dating back to 1569. Chiarano is about 1 km from the center of Arco (in the middle of the climate zone) and 5 km from Riva del Garda and Torbole, very famous tourist resorts on Lake Garda. Within a few minutes' drive you can reach the most picturesque summer and winter sports resorts in Trentino.
Each room and suite are unique. They offer enchanting views of the historic center and surrounding countryside or of the well-kept garden.
The heart of the two facilities is the large breakfast room in the main house at Gianni's, which is connected to two large terraces. Here guests gather to enjoy our rich gourmet breakfast, prepared with seasonal organic products. After a day exploring our Garda Trentino, you can relax in our infinity pool, located in the second house of Villa Annamaria, with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains bathed in the warm light of sunset.
